Brandon Knight scored nine of his 19 points during a key second-half run as No. 23 Kentucky rallied for a 64-58 victory at Tennessee on Sunday afternoon.

The Wildcats (22-8, 10-8 SEC) trailed by seven at the midway point but opened the second half with an 18-4 burst to pull ahead 40-33 with 14:37 remaining. Knight keyed the surge with three 3-point buckets.

Tennessee rallied for a 52-51 lead and was within 56-55 on a three-point play by Scotty Hopson with 3:26 left, but Darius Miller responded with a 3-pointer at the other end to help Kentucky preserve the lead.

Miller finished with 15 points while Terrence Jones added 15 points and 12 rebounds for the Wildcats. Tobias Harris paced the Volunteers (18-13, 8-8) with 18 points.
