Ralston Turner led four double-figure scorers with 16 points to help LSU snap a three-game losing streak with a 71-65 win over Arkansas on Saturday in Baton Rouge.

Turner also made 7 of 8 free throws as the Tigers (13-9, 3-5 SEC) turned away numerous offensive pushes from Arkansas. Justin Hamilton added 13 points and 11 rebounds, and Eddie Ludwig and Anthony Hickey each scored 12. Freshman Johnny O’Bryant III had a career-high 11 rebounds.

Arkansas (16-7, 4-4) was led by Mardracus Wade with 15 points, while Julysses Nobles added 14 points and Rashad Madden had 10 points for the Hogs.

Arkansas, which has yet to win a road game this season, had a 9-2 push before halftime to cut LSU’s lead to 35-31. The Razorbacks had a 10-2 run in the second half, but were never able to regain the lead.
