Oregon 74, Vanderbilt 48: E.J. Singler scored 22 points and Damyean Dotson and Tony Woods had 10 apiece to lead the host Ducks to the convincing victory.

Singler, the active career scoring leader in the Pac-12, scored 12 points in the first half, when the Ducks (3-0) built a 21-point lead.

Kyle Fuller scored 17 points and Kedren Johnson had 14 to lead Vanderbilt (1-1), which was 6-for-26 from the floor early in the second half before finishing 16-for-47 (34 percent).

Woods scored the first seven points for the Ducks, who later strung together an 11-0 run to take a 28-14 lead with 7:42 remaining in the first half.

Oregon had no points and four turnovers during the first four minutes of the second half, but Singler made three free throws after Vanderbilt coach Kevin Stallings was called for consecutive technical fouls, pushing the lead back to 19.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Vanderbilt freshman guard A.J. Astroth made his debut after sitting out the season opener with a sprained ankle. He missed his only two shots and went scoreless. … Oregon senior forward Arsalan Kazemi was granted eligibility Thursday and made his debut for the Ducks after transferring from Rice in the off-season. Kazemi, the first Iranian-born Division I player in NCAA history, finished with five points and a team-high seven rebounds off the bench.
