No. 1 Duke 80, Wake Forest 62: Ryan Kelly scored 17 of his season-high 22 points in the first half and Seth Curry also finished with 22 to lead the undefeated Blue Devils to their sixth consecutive Atlantic Coast Conference-opening victory.

Quinn Cook added a career-high 14 assists despite going 0-for-12 from the field for Duke (14-0, 1-0 ACC), which posted its sixth straight win overall against the Demon Deacons and 14th consecutive at home.

Travis McKie had a team-high 22 points and C.J. Harris overcame a brief ankle injury to finish with 19 for Wake Forest (7-6, 0-1 ACC), which was denied in its bid for its first four-game winning streak in three seasons.

Kelly got off to a quick start by draining back-to-back 3-pointers en route to scoring 13 of Duke's first 19 points. The senior forward missed a great portion of the second half due to foul trouble and fell one point short of his career high - which was set last season against Wake Forest.

Curry had two layups and a jumper to ignite a 18-6 run to start the second half as Duke seized a 58-36 lead to put the contest out of reach.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Kelly, who finished 5-for-7 from 3-point range, is 13-for-17 over his last four games. ... Duke made nine of its 11 3-pointers during the first half. ... Wake Forest finished with more fouls (25) than field goals (23).
