Damyean Dotson and E.J. Singler scored 14 points apiece and the visiting Ducks withstood an inspired effort by the Trojans.

Arsalan Kazemi grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds for Oregon (15-2, 4-0 Pac-12), which led by 10 with 2:59 remaining before the Trojans scored nine unanswered points to pull within 75-74 with 34 seconds to play.

Dominic Artis made one of his two free throws to give Oregon a two-point lead before USC (7-11, 2-3) failed to score on its final possession, allowing the Ducks to escape with their sixth straight win.

J.T. Terrell paced USC with a season-high 22 points, including four 3-pointers. The Trojans shot 45.3 percent in their first game under interim head coach Bob Cantu, who took over when Kevin O’Neill was fired on Monday. USC struggled at the foul line, however, missing 12 of its 32 shots.

Carlos Emory scored 12 points and Tony Woods and Artis had 10 points apiece for the Ducks, who outrebounded the Trojans by 13. Oregon is 4-0 in conference play for the first time since 1973-74.
