Hollins shot 12-of-16 from the field - including 5-of-5 from the 3-point line - and went 12-of-13 from the foul line as Minnesota (5-1) ended a seven-game losing streak against ranked opponents. Rodney Williams Jr. was the only other Gopher to join Hollins in double figures with 13 points.

After establishing a 63-55 margin on a 3-pointer from Hollins just past the eight-minute mark of the second half, Minnesota watched Memphis (2-2) score 13 of the next 17 points to take its only lead of the half on a 3-pointer from D.J. Stephens with 6:13 left.

Williams hit a jumper on the next possession to spark a 6-0 run and Hollins outscored the Tigers 9-2 over the final 1:15 with seven free throws and a dunk as Minnesota stretched the lead to 12 points in the final seconds.

Stephens finished with 15 points and seven rebounds to lead Memphis, which has lost consecutive games for the first time since Dec. 11-17, 2011.
